Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement at no charge. Please email us within 2 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
